I.      Amendments to the CHML Constitution effective for 2024 Season

         A.     Article 6 reduces wildcard teams to 3 and complete playoff system protocols

         B.     Article 12 implements an expanded waiver system (up to 5 moves)

         C.     Article 99 adds emphasis and audit rules for maintaining adequate MBF and PR coverage

         D.     The weighted lottery for first round of the drafts has been modified to increase chances for the bottom ten teams

II.     Changes for ONLY THE UPCOMING 2024 SEASON

         A.     The Fog City SeaDogs, the OKC Noodlers, and the Ozark Mountain Royals are no longer in the CHML.  Patrick McClain is the new owner of the former Ozark Mountain franchise.

         B.     From this season forward, the CHML shall consist of one league (CHML) and three 6-team divisions, designated as NORTH, SOUTH, and EAST.

                  1.      All players under contract to Fog City and OKC have been released into the 2024 Rookie/ Replacement Draft pool. Any such players who are UNCARDed for 2024 are NOT ELIGIBLE.

                  2.      All contracts for the other 18 teams are frozen at their remaining years status at the end of the 2022 World Series

                  3.      There will NOT be a Free Agent tender and draft for the 2024 season.
